Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy

The brand bookmysabzi and the website and application ("The Website”) is a licensed brand owned by Ezipik Services Private Ltd. (“Ezipik”).

  1. Any order booked can be fully cancelled for upto the time the delivery slot has not been triggered/ order has not been shipped from the warehouse incase delivery operations are running late by more than 2 hours.
  2. In order to cancel your order or to partially edit your order, please contact us by WhatsApp us on +91-9222558899 and we shall help you on a best effort basis.
  3. Customers complaints related to undelivered items / poor quality items will be accepted within 24 hours of delivery only. All customer complaints will be addressed and refunds will be issued where applicable. In order to raise such a complaint, please mention order id, payment mode along with payment screenshot, problem description and photo of product under consideration (if applicable) on whatsapp customer support number +91-9222 55 88 99.
  4. Customer complaints related to items delivered in less quantity than paid for will be accepted for upto 36 hours from delivery only. In such cases, returns will not be accepted and the difference amount will be calculated as per the discretion of the customer support only if customer is unable to prove wrong weight of materials.
  5. Bookmysabzi will issue any refunds for any undelivered items the same day by 11 pm directly to book my sabzi wallet for pre-paid orders via online payment /wallet. For orders of COD paid via cash / digital payment modes like gpay phonePe, paytm, etc; refunds may take upto a week to be processed. The refunds will be made to book my sabzi wallet in such instances. 
  6. All refunds (whatever might the scenario be), will be made to the book my sabzi wallet only.
  7. If customer is seeking a replacement of poor quality product, the originally delivered product needs to be handed over to the delivery person and only then will the replacement be executed.
  8. Any replacement or refund given will be approved only if the originally delivered product is returned back to the team by the customer.
